Textarea scrollbar properties
i have a question about textarea.
I wanna creata a textarea with default heigh are 400px, and scroll-bar is
hidden,
When i post data (text, pictures, videos) less or equals 1600px (4 x 400)
the heigh of textarea are 1600px (400 x 4) and scrollbar still hidden.
When i post data more than 1600px then textarea no more heigher and
scrollbar is visible to scroll.
