Integrating Issues created in GITHUB with Tortoise Git in Windows7

I am using Tortise Git 1.7.14.0 in my windows 7 PC, and the GIT version
would be 1.8.3.msysgit.0
I have added some ISSUES to my repository in GitHub (via the GitHub
Website)..
Questions:
How do I integrate the Issue Tracker Plugin that reads the ISSUES stored
from the GitHub Account against a repository? OR what plugin reads GITHUB
issues..
Should I necessarily use a third-party website like RedMine to be able to
associate issues with GIT repositories and see it Tortoise GIT??
Any suggestions?
